Although we’re hanging up the hi vis for now, there are still hundreds of supporters of Just Stop Oil facing repression in courts, prisons, on electronic tag and with punitive bail conditions banning them from even talking about protest.
Those of us awaiting sentencing face a possible combined total of 100 years in prison. We need your support now more than ever.
Your donations remain crucial. Though we are disbanding action teams, we are still reporting on trials and sentencing and offering action-action support to those that need it. We are also operating with a small team of our strategists to ask the bigger question of “what next?’.

But after that, Just Stop Oil will continue in support capacity to all those that have taken action and face repression in the courts and prisons.
- So what are you spending donations on? There are literally hundreds of people facing trials and sentencing as a result of taking action with Just Stop Oil. We need to support them through the courts and prisons. This costs money – running a press teams, emotional and practical support teams.
