Tim Hughes, Daniel Juniper, Karen Matthews, James Skeet, Alexander Wilcox and Christopher White were acquitted of conspiracy to cause a public nuisance in relation to the 2022 actions that blocked the M25 to demand an end to new oil and gas.

The Court of Appeal has upheld the sentences handed down to the majority of the Just Stop Oil 16. The sentences of 10 of the 16 were upheld, while Gaie Delap and the Whole Truth Five had their sentences reduced by between 2 months and one year. Just Stop Oil has issued the following statement:
